My week

Since I have the week off to do my theatre work, it gives me a chance to go to networking meetings. Networking is fun and I think mainly because I like chatting with new people so I can find that thread of commonality everyone has. Some times you have to dig pretty hard to find it, but it's there.

I took a friend to my meeting. It was a good to get her out and about because she's been down on her luck lately with bouts of depression. The speaker tonight talked about one of the best ways of sustaining hope is to constantly be moving forward. Even if it's like in the movie "What about Bob", where he takes baby steps to do it.

I'm going to a seminar tomorrow on how to develope your passion and make your dream become reality. I'm to the point in my life where I know exactly what I want to do. God has placed a dream in my heart for a reason. God seems to be opening more doors for me and as long as he keeps opening them, I'll keep walking through them.
