Sad for the Twins

It's a long season but it's hard to see the Twins struggling. They've had lots of injuries which never helps but I think bottom line, they don't have strong enough starting pitching. Ever since we got rid of Johan Santana we've never had a true "Ace". I think the bullpen is good enough if we had quality starters. I like the fact that Kevin Slowey doesn't give up any walks but frankly, if he's going to throw it right over the plate for a homerun, I'd rather have the walk. Now if they can stay healthy for the rest of the season, they will remain competitive within the division. Unless they can make some changes I don't see them repeating as division champs. I do expect Brian Duesing to take a spot in the rotation during the second half.
