She said he started out the concert appropriately with "Saturday Night" and ended with "Your Song". Sounds like he sang all the favorites. Sir Elton John has always been one of my favorites as well. Lynn reports that there weren't too many youngsters under the age of 40 in the crowd. Looks like he has a "Boomer" only following. I have to admit, I have a whole new respect for Sir Elton. He had the guts to take the gig as the wedding singer for Rush Limbaugh's wedding earlier this year. As he said in his comments he was willing to "extend an olive branch" and not be the typical left wing bigot who would never want to be associated with Rush. It was a great arrangement for both parties. I'm told and Rush and Elton couldn't have been more nice to each other. I think we can all learn something from this. Sadly, the out of touch left wing wack jobs at the Huffington Post totally crucified Sir Elton over this.
