Image via WikipediaWe had a basketball shooting contest at work. You had two minutes to see how many shots you could make from the foul line. It was pretty fun. It was quite the aerobic workout since you shoot as fast as you can. I probably shot 50-60 times. Sadly only sank 21. Not good. The winner hit 53. It was fun. I would love to do that as a regular exercise but the trick is making sure you have another ball to shoot immediately. So it's not something you could do on your own. That's the problem with doing exercises, they are BORING. Sports are just as good exercise and a lot more fun but usually you need more folks to do them. And you don't have to wear those spandex sissy workout clothes either.
