You can get a nice little 3 BR house in the 1600 sq ft category for $125,000 to $150,000 in Scottsdale, AZ.  Prices around here are unbelievable. If you are looking for a winter home, this would be perfect. So check it out guys and no, I'm not a Realtor.  Funny, I've had two people recently ask me if I wanted to get into the business.
