He looks like an Ewok out of Star Wars but none of the Ewok names were any good. But he also looked like a few characters on Star Trek as well so we started to look at Star Trek names. And we came up with a bit of a play on words. The official name is Locutus of Bark. named after Jon-Luc Picard when he became Lucutus of Borg. Also since Loki doesn't bark he takes after the Borg as he will "ignore you until he thinks you are a threat" then he will bark, otherwise he's is not a yappy dog at all. That's why I like Shitzu's over Poodles, they don't bark near as much. So we call him Loki (pronounced LowKey) for short. I know, kinda nerdy but we are Star Trek nerds so it fits.
