Image via WikipediaI see Jesse Ventura has invited himself to be Ron Paul's running mate in the upcoming presidential election. The media in Minnesota used to call him "Governor Me" because he only ran to take care of a few issues that were personal to him, then he turned everything over to his staff and let them run the show. That way being governor didn't mess up his golfing. My friends in the legislature said he did hire a good staff but they never saw him on capitol hill pushing for any of his projects or meeting with anyone. He was a very lazy governor. So what happened? Well since he never tried to win friends and influence people, both parties isolated him and he had zero allies. You can't govern by yourself. He realized that and decided not to run for another term. As I've always said, Jessie was, is, and forever will be...an idiot.
