Image via WikipediaWhenever I'm in Minnesota, I just gotta go and get my chicken wing fix at the Big 10 Restaurant in Dinky Town or Hopkins. They have THE BEST Cajon Chicken Wing. Although known for their subs, their Cajon Chicken Wings are outstanding. They are served "naked and crispy" and beat the heck out of the sloppy mess wings you get at most places. If you are wondering, Cajon flavoring is not hot. If anything, you could say Cajon seasoning is more salty. I realize they might not be your cup of tea but I highly recommend them to anyone,
