Review: Lion's Tap

I've had the pleasure to eat at many different burger joints throughout the USA.  I still say that without any doubt the best burgers belong to Lion's Tap in Eden Prairie, MN.  Lion's Tap burgers have a distinct taste and are very juicy. I really think the juice is where their flavor comes from. It just goes to show you can have a great burger without making it all politically correct and making it bone dry like they do at In and Out Burger.  Apparently most folks must agree with me. I remember going to Lion's Tap when it was 8 bar stools at the bar and that's about it. Now the place holds about 100 people and is packed all the time.  Lion's Tap could be a chain but why wreck a good thing, it's one location and one location only and all that does is add to the reputation. It's interesting on how they've chosen to market themselves, the spend a ton of money sponsoring local sports teams. It makes sense, where do these team's go after a hard fought game?
