Diet Update
Well, I lost 9 lbs the first week on my Medifast Diet. So far so good. My goal is to lose 40 lbs. I'm not crazy about having to eat shakes and food bars for five of the six meals I eat each day. But it works. It will be interesting when we get to the maintenance part to see if I can keep it off. I've lost weight on diets before but it has always come back. I chose Medifast because they have a good tack record of people keeping the weight off. I'm doing this because I feel I'm at the point in my life where if I don't get my weight down, I could have some additional health concerns that I'd rather not have to deal with.
