MORMON CITY!

It looks like I am right smack dab in the middle of the second largest group of Mormons (Salt Lake City is first) in the United States located right here in Mesa, Arizona. I work in neighboring Gilbert and I'm told the entire Southeast Valley is crawling with them. The big news in the papers last week was that a Christian group came out here to knock on doors and personally deliver anti-Mormon (the truth) DVD in the city of Mesa. It didn't go over too good with the Mormons which is really ironic considering the Mormons have made a living out of door knocking. A good friend of mine at the newspaper is an ex-Mormon so it is very interesting hearing all the inside stores of what Mormons do when other Mormons leave the flock. It isn't pretty.
