This may take longer than we want.

Well, Lynn talked to our realtor and it looks like it may take awhile to sell our house. As you may know, last year was a disaster financially and we had to take money out of the equity of our house. Because of that, it doesn't look like we can sell our house and at least break even. So what do we do? I guess we rent it out. Any better suggestions?
