Greetings from Banning, California

So far so good as I complete the first leg of my business trip. Tomorrow morning I pack up and head over to Irvine, California. I'm told to allow for 2 hours of travel through LA traffic. Have I said how much I hate LA yet? I've been to LA several times for work and it just sucks. It's one giant traffic jam all the time. If I were to live any place in California it would be San Diego. Now I haven't been to Northern California yet but if I keep doing what I'm doing I think that day will come. For now, it's welcome to LA LA Land. When I'm here I'm always interested to find out how in the heck business people survive out here. With all the regulation and taxes, this state is one of the most expensive places to do business. And it is reflected in the retail prices out here. EVERYTHING is more expensive.
