House shopping

We did some house shopping tonight. We have an offer in on a large townhouse but it is a short sale and we've been waiting FOREVER and we are sick of waiting. So we are looking at houses that are not short sales. We looked at a nice inexpensive 3 BR townhouse. Liked it. Not much of a patio and no place for the dog to go. I guess the big part we liked would be the low rent. The house we looked at we liked as well but it was one weird house. The people that owned it were really into "storage". They have so many storage places and special little rooms in odd spots, it's strange but we liked it. What was cool was all the fruit trees. Two orange trees, one lemon tree and one tree that has both lemons and grapefruit on it. Heck, I didn't even know such a tree existed out here. It's a place where we would NEVER run out of storage. Our dog could even have a room of her own in this place! The rent would be more expensive but there would be no HOA fees.

I have a meeting with some folks tomorrow morning. I would ask for your prayers about 8:30AM. It's nothing bad but it could be something good. I'll keep you informed on what happens.
