17 hours today at the photo shoot.

It was fun shooting cheerleading and dance. The photography company I was working for had radio controlled flash units on 15 foot stands. These are very powerful flash units and really do a good job of lighting up the stage. I was able to freeze the flyers in midair. With back flip people frozen upside down. Lots of cool photos taken. It was pretty fun. Now some of the rap crap dancers, I didn't care for. I put in my ear plugs just for them. The guy that owns this company will be photographing a 3000 cheerleader shoot at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles Feb. 27th. I guess I'm welcome to go to that. This was a heck of a lot easier than doing my theatre pictures. With theatre, I don't use flash so I have to be constantly changing all my settings to adjust for different lighting on every corner of the stage. These great flash units wouldn't work for theatre because they would be too disruptive to the show and they would wipe out all the stage lighting someone worked so hard to set up to create the proper mood.
