A new spin on "Good cop, bad cop"
The Phoenix Business Journal had a story on a Phoenix company that is marketing a new kind of handcuffs for Law Enforcement. The cuffs are capable of stunning the wearer with 300 volts as a way to control prisoners. Good idea. Well the story doesn't end there. It seems market research with smut magazines and perverts has convinced them to come out with "Funcuffs" for personal home use as well. It will probably have a huge impact on the dog collar shock industry. As Joe Soucheray likes to say, "you just can't make this stuff up fast enough."
