One step closer to our townhouse

An important piece of paperwork was completed today and we are one step closer to moving into our townhouse. My guess is that we will be in it before the end of April. Now there is work to do like painting but that's okay, we'll get 'er done. Exciting, yet scary to be on our own again after living with family for the last three years. But, like I said the best part of this is we will have lots of room for people to come and visit us and I really hope that happens. I'd be sad if that doesn't happen. There has got to be some Minnesotans who want to escape winter for a week or two.
