Jessie Ventura

I had to laugh today. On a local radio show they were playing cuts from Jessie talking about all the wacky conspiracy theories he thinks are real. The host was saying what a moron he was, like it was big news or something. For us who lived in Minnesota at the time of his reign, this is very OLD NEWS. One thing Jessie was always smart about. He was always smart enough to surround himself with some very good and talented people. He had a good consultant & ad agency to help him get elected. He had a good staff in office so that he could go golfing all the time. He didn't succeed in office because both parties isolated him and he was unable to make enough friends on either side of the isle (not that he even tried) to get much passed. He didn't even have any friends in the local media so he was really a lone wolf. But he was smart enough to get out when he did because there's no way he would have won.
