Dude...am I a geek? (Abby likes it when I use words like "dude")

Well, maybe I am somewhat of a geek, an AdWords geek. I'm not a troubleshooter but I sure get a lot of incoming calls with questions each and every day. I can see why geeks have an "attitude" when you call a support line. It's because some people are so dumb on the computer they can't even do simple things like sign up for an email account. Yes, I do have new knowledge that others don't and I try to be patient but some days I have to try and explain a complex program to someone who can barely use a phone much less a computer. Now I do run into folks who are true geeks and I don't have a clue what they are talking about and for the most part, 99 percent of the people are great. It's just the 1 percent...drive me crazy!
