I guess this is all part of the Monsoon season in the Valley.  Lots of strange stuff. We can have lightning storms with no rain, massive dust storms, high winds with lots of rain. We can even have high humidity of 30-50 percent. Not to mention that last week it was 118. This time of year is not my favorite. But it's still better than an average Minnesota winter and it doesn't last near as long.
