Finally got out on the tennis court tonight

Weight and height are used in computing body m...Image via WikipediaWell, my friend Bob and I are going to try and play twice a week. It will be a challenge to keep this old broken body running. But I really do need the exercise and I really do need to get back on my diet. I think I'm up at the heavy end of where I'm not supposed to be. I'm usually very good at dieting. Once I get past the first week or two, it's actually pretty easy. The problem is always keeping it off. Let's see...when should I start?
