Image via WikipediaTomorrow we are going to the Chef School here in Scottsdale to have nephew Sam cook us all a five course meal. It will be fun to actually sit and enjoy. The school has it's restaurant nearby Old Town Scottsdale. If I can stay awake it will be fun so I better get to sleep myself. Just a few short hours and I'm at the Phoenix Convention Center.
