Had a Great Thanksgiving Day Dinner

Hunting camp with dressed deer at Schoodic Lak...Image via WikipediaDue to work schedules we decided to have the family Dinner in the evening rather than at noon. The problem is going to bed with a full tummy. Now I have a good reason to come to bed late. Tomorrow I'm getting up to do some early shopping. Nothing crazy but like from 7am to 9am. Afterwords we are going quail hunting with Dan, Nick, Sam and myself. It should be fun. You know, it's always handy to have two shotguns. Great for guests. The good thing about the cold weather, my friend the rattle snake will not be out. But if he was and he didn't sneak up on me. You can be sure he would be dead. I enjoy going hunting in the mountains but it is hard work. It's not like a nice walk on a hiking path. It's walking through some very rugged country. As GWB liked to say, "Their working hard, it's hard work".  But it's also fun to get out with mother nature. Especially when you don't have to worry about dumb things like snow storms. I take that back, where we're going, they do get some snow.
