
gets Diabetes and then goes on a Diabetic diet which is basically the same as the Atkins diet with two extra snacks thrown in. Anyway, he's lost 40 lbs without exercise. He's recently added in the exercise into his routine and he looks bulked up and very fit. He tells me he's in the best shape of his life. He even shaved his beard, turned in his pony tail for a buzz cut and he looks so different. If this old guy can do it, maybe this not so old guy can do it too.
