Image by Getty Images via @daylifeIt couldn't have happened to a nicer guy and he did it without steroids. Thome is a guy who is is very popular and well liked everywhere he's been. I guess you could say he is a modern day version of Harmon Killebrew. It's great to see someone who is a real gentleman do well and excel in an era of the loud mouthed gang banger type athlete who only cares about themselves.
