Heaven is basically a three part program. I know it sounds a bit Morman to say that but stay with me. Heaven is equal to Paradise. Before the fall, Adam and Eve were living in Heaven. After the fall they were kicked out to our present state of a sin filled Earth. When we die now, we go to Heaven (assuming you know Christ) but when Christ returns he will establish a new Heaven here on Earth and people in the old Heaven will join us in the new Heaven. So we have the past Heaven called Eden, the now Heaven and then the future Heaven.
