I'm excited, Lynn and I are going to the Casting Crowns and Matt Redman concert tomorrow in Phoenix. And, I start my new tennis league next week. I have a tough match right away but I'm up for it. School is going fine. Lots of work. Good thing I'm a prolific writer, it helps a lot.
Actually the hardest class has been the one on Digital Photography. It's not so much the photos, I have hundreds of photos, but it's trying to figure out the new Photoshop CS4. Actually, it's the Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium software. If you go to Office Max, this software costs $1700. I think we students get it for $300. Gee, once I get my student ID card, I should be able to get a bunch of cool discounts.
Fall is just around the corner. We are starting to have non triple digit days. When it's in the 85-90 range, it is heaven around here. Oh and...big news...all of Lynn's family will be coming out here for Christmas! That's why we would really like to be in our own home by then. We'll need the extra space for everybody. These banks are incredibly slow in getting back to you to see if you have a good bid or not!
And...we are starting a small group at church that will look into spiritual gifts and how even lowly humans can be used by God to build his kingdom and win souls for Christ.
