In doing my reading for school. One of the chapters was on goal setting and asked about our motivation to, as in my case, go back to school. I was recruited to go back to school. I had an incentive, since I got scholarship money from my tribe. By taking these graphic design glasses I hope to make myself more marketable and give myself more opportunities to get a better job and revitalize my sagging career. When finished with school I will finally have my BA Degree, or in this case a BS Degree.
The class work always asks the question, "if money was no object, what would you do for a living?" My answer is I would love to work out of my home doing my Show Biz Photo projects. I'm tired of corporate America and all the micromanagement that goes with it. Being a designer will allow me to not have to hire a designer and is a perfect match for photography. So being on my own in business is still my goal. It won't be easy because I still have bills to pay. Once again, I'm relying on God big time to help me figure this out.
