I really believe that tonight was just a preview of what we are going to see in November 2010. It was great to see Republican Scott Brown take over Ted Kennedy's old seat. If the Democrats continue to try and make this election about Bush and Cheney they will get slaughtered. This election is about one thing and one thing only...jobs.
Socialism, big government, regulation based on the global warming hoax, high taxes, government take over of businesses and excess spending are all job killers.
In terms of big business, companies that are corrupt, who produce a poor product and are unprofitable should be allowed to go out of business. No business is "too big" to go out of business. The marketplace will police itself. For every giant company that goes out of business, several smaller companies will take their place. It's the circle of economic life. Whenever government steps in to "fix" things all it does is prop something up that would have gone out of business on it's own. The end result? A larger and more powerful government and less freedom for the people.
