This is unusual for us, we are expected to have rain all week long with 30-40 inches of snow in the mountains. But this is our winter, so I guess it is expected. One thing nice, after a rain it sure gets nice and green around here.
By the way, on the house hunting front, we found a nice inexpensive house in South Scottsdale. The only problem is on both sides I have junkie neighbors. We're talking all kinds of crap in the back and front yard of the neighbor's houses. Good thing for the fences. I'm told it is a quiet neighborhood but you never know. It is a very nice four bedroom house. The price is certainly very good. It is three blocks south of McDowell. Considering the price, we may have to go with this one.
