Movie Review: "Seeking a Friend For The End of The World"

Being Steve Carell was in this movie, I thought it would be funny. I mean the title sounded funny too. Well since I did not read anything about this movie, I was totally surprised, it wasn't funny at all. In fact it was just the opposet, a tear jerker sappy love story. There just isn't much humor in the end of the world theme either. All in all it was a downer too. This could of been a great movie for satire and comedy. Think of the possibilities.  In a lawless world where everyone knew they would be dead soon, the best attitude came from Carell's housekeeper.  She just kept on acting like is was just another day, keeping her routine as normal as possible. I would give this movie a negative 2 thumbs down.
