Governor Jan Brewer

A few months ago, Arizona Governor Jan Brewer's political future didn't look too bright. She was pushing for a two year tax hike to save a lot of cuts in the state budget. Funny thing, the public agreed with her and voted in the tax hike. Then she signed the famous bill 1070 saying "Arizona won't tolerate racial profiling" especially since in five places in the bill it says racial profiling is against the law. Anyway 70 percent of the state is in favor of the law and so is most of the country. Jan Brewer is now nationally known and a shoe in to win her first term as governor. Now if we can only get the feds to secure the border. Did you know that 60 percent of the drugs in this country comes through Arizona? Can you imagine what an impact would have if we could seal the border. I personally think we should pull troops out of some of the foreign countries and put them on the border. A massive force of 20,000 troops should be enough to make anyone think twice.
