Slowly but surely...

It looks like more relatives might be moving our way to Arizona. I had hoped that we would see a few more friends and relatives move our direction. Lynn's cousin and her husband are looking for a place here as well as a few undisclosed relatives.  There is no better time to buy out here. The deals on real estate are amazing. Even if you were to just live here in the winter, the deals and prices make is so worthwhile to buy a second home. Heck you could even share it with friends and come down different weeks.  With the exception of an ocean, this state is stunningly beautiful. I love the mountains and northern Arizona is fantastic. I'd like to do more exploring. We are also in a great location. We are five hours from San Diego, five hours from Los Angeles and five hours from Vegas. In Minnesota you are five hours from Fargo,  five hours from Green Bay, and five hours from Ames, Iowa.
