I'm starting to mellow out, but for the most part, I still hate losing more than I love winning. I just can't stand playing whimp tennis. I have not patience for it what so ever! But next week I get to play my regular tennis playing buddy George. Believe it or not, George got creamed 6-0, 6-0 and he's a good tennis player. I'm told that a new guy who hasn't played tennis in five years, was rated way low and placed in our 3.0 League. The only thing is, this guy is a 4.0 if not 4.5 player. If George can't win a point, it doesn't bode well for the rest of us. But I don't have to play the new guy for four weeks. By then I'll be in tennis playing shape and I'll have a good shot at doing some damage. I tend to play up or down to the ability of my opponent and I play good in the heat so I'm looking forward to the next few weeks of tennis.
I really hadn't meant to talk about tennis again. I guess I'll have to go back to religion and politics.
